Our shipping fee structure is designed to be straightforward. Customers in Europe and the Americas (including Canada and the US) are charged a standard rate of 5.99 EUR for shipping. To make your experience even better, we automatically waive this shipping fee when your cart’s value reaches 35 EUR or more. In a special initiative to bring Canadian comfort and style to Japan, we offer completely free shipping for all orders shipped to Japan, regardless of the order value.

All outbound shipments are subject to international trade agreements and maritime and aviation transport regulations. For cross-border shipments, the package is considered an import in your country. The purchaser is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) that may be levied by the destination country’s customs authority. We ship all orders using our designated standard shipping carrier. We have chosen this single, optimized carrier to ensure reliability and to provide tracking capabilities for every order. We do not currently offer alternative courier services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
